It depends on the "how" you shipped it... If it's trackable, find out where it is and act accordingly (buying time and apologizing to the buyer and possibly refunding them before they open a dispute); obviously you'll then go after the carrier (or the broker) to get a highly unlikely compensation... If it's not trackable, well... moving straight on to the point I wrote in italics in the previous paragraph...

·2 months agoIf the buyer opens a dispute for an item not received and the package tracking does not show that it was delivered, you will have to refund them.
Check the package tracking and if it has not been delivered, contact Poste Italiane or the service provider that supplied you with the shipping label.
