Package shipped Day 23 Poste 4
Good evening, for the first time I made a purchase here on Ebay and I ordered a book, also because the shipping costs were zero. It shows as shipped on the 23rd but 13 days have passed, I have never had problems receiving packages. I contacted the seller without receiving any response, even with 100% feedback.

·3 years agoIf you make 1 purchase with Poste 4 shipping, that is, the old classic stamp from back in the day, you can't expect to have any feedback.
First of all, the seller was wrong to ship with Poste 4 and then you too, for making purchases with someone who ships with this form of shipping.
Keep in mind that Poste 4 can arrive even after half a month, so it doesn't mean it won't arrive. If you can, wait a bit longer before filing complaints. Next time choose or at least ask for Poste 1, then at least you'll have 1 delivery result.

OP3 years agoHi, the seller had replied to me, I hadn’t received any notification of his response, I found it in my email. He told me it’s normal for it to take so long, to stay calm, and that he sent it to me in a bundle of books. At this point I’ll wait, I live in the far South and he shipped it to me from Turin.

·3 years agoOk so he sent you the standard piego libri, I can confirm that it is equivalent to postal service 4 and a subsidized shipping method for publishing and costs just over 1 euro.
I can also confirm that the seller, by shipping with that method, puts delivery at risk, and the buyer is also just asking for a problem.
I’m telling you from experience because I’ve often shipped paper materials with piego libri, but adding the registered mail fee (which is equivalent to a registered letter) with which the shipping cost is 4.63 euros (excluding the cost of the envelope of course) up to 2kg in weight.
Next time ask for the registered piego, better to spend a little more and have tracking. Anyway, you have 30 days from the expected delivery date on eBay to open a claim for an item not received, and if you paid with Paypal, 180 days from payment.
