hello everyone , I shipped a package but it’s been stuck at the courier’s facility for more than a month , they still update it every week saying the package is in transit ( even though obviously it was lost/stolen ).... it’s still been there for about a month now . The buyer obviously opened a dispute and won it, so ebay refunded them , the deadline to file a claim with packlink ( since I shipped through e-bay ) has expired , and now ebay is asking me to reimburse them !! ( even though the ship...

I saw... constant "passing the buck" and in the end they tell you that you're the one responsible for the delivery... As if I were the courier... Never Packlink again, first and last time. I'll spend a few euros more but at least you know that if anything happens, you know who to call. Too many middlemen just make life a mess.
