Shipped with PaccoCelere, delivery refused by the recipient, and returned to the sender.
now the recipient is opening a dispute for a package not received and funds blocked.
since December 17, the date the package was returned, I haven't received anything, what do you think eBay will decide?

·1 year agoProbably the buyer opened the case, but then didn’t ask eBay to step in. In these cases the case stays open for 21 days and then closes due to buyer inactivity.
How did you reply in the dispute process?
Did you send a copy of the shipping receipt, showing that the address is correct as provided by eBay, and the part of the tracking where the recipient’s refusal to accept the package is clearly shown?

Finally, consider that if the dispute is closed in your favor, you do not get the goods back. You have been paid, so the goods belong to the buyer and you are only the custodian. You’ll have to arrange a new shipment at their expense or take it back with a partial refund.
