Hi everyone, I don't know if you've noticed, but over the last 4-5 months Packlink seems to have started nitpicking shipments. Which would be perfectly legitimate, shame they pull numbers out of thin air. For the fourth time in two months they took a little over 6 euros from me because (according to them) the parcel was bigger and heavier than declared. For over a year now, to avoid this, I've been rounding UP both weight and dimensions, yet apparently they pretend not to notice and take the money as if nothing had happened. This time they took it after just 5 minutes from the notice, these greedy folks (to put it mildly). I think this is getting out of hand.....
