PACKLINK - TERRIFYING SERVICE, NONEXISTENT SUPPORT. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
Summary: The discussion is about mercatinodelfantastico’s negative experiences with Packlink’s service, describing the service as awful and the support as nonexistent. Other participants, including heavenwelkin, ortofantastico, and daxsisko, also comment in this thread without adding any new opinions or specific details.
Simply chilling. The problem is not that there are problems every now and then (it can happen), but if that happens the support service is completely nonexistent and of rare incompetence and rudeness. To be avoided like the plague, especially if you use it for work. In this specific case I was sent incomplete documentation regarding customs procedures, I tried to contact support via chat and email with surreal results and without receiving any clarification. They only got offended by the tone of my complaints (in fact after half a dozen frustrating attempts I told them to go to hell, as they deserved). I should point out that this is not the first time I have had problems with the service, and every time the same sad script is repeated

·1 year agoI fully agree with the description of appalling service and I want to add SHAMEFUL!
After a first shipment with e- Bay to the pickup point at the post office in Adelfia (BA), the courier did not deliver the parcel and it was returned to me as the sender, despite all the communications exchanged with their service (?) support (?))
I sent it again, this time as poste restante through Subito to the same office but the shipment got lost!
Unfortunately I am currently abroad and, if it is returned to the sender again this time, I will lose the contents because no one will be able to collect it until the end of May.
SIMPLY SHAMEFUL!

·1 year agobuying from shipping brokers unfortunately often has a negative side..... namely the LACK of timeliness in solving problems (and this also because there is, precisely, an intermediary = broker in the middle...... )
then, specifically, Packlink also has other problems that have been mentioned several times in this forum.....

·4 years agoGood morning
the completion of customs procedures is the responsibility of the seller and not the shipper.
Here you can find information and forms to download.
https://www.packlink.it/consigli-utili/dogana/
Changing virtual shipper the story will be the same.......
You are the one who has to inform yourself about customs documentation.
Unless you go to the post office and get help from the in-person operator, or go to a shipping center and you will certainly find someone willing to help you with customs paperwork, also because, given the prices......
you are the one who has to understand and manage the various customs bureaucratic procedures and if there are problems you must be able to solve them.
Take it as a positive experience, no one is born knowing everything, you got some practice and maybe it will be useful next time.
Kind regards.
