Hello, I'm a new Ebay user, I signed up as a private seller. I would like to enter my IBAN to receive payments from the items I will put up for sale. I can't do this operation, in the payments section it only asks me for a credit or debit card. Could you help me with how to enter my bank details? All the authentications (email and phone) have been done.
I honestly don't know where to enter the IBAN.
In payments it only gives me one option, which is the credit card

The procedures have been updated over time, so I recommend following these instructions

Then if you should still encounter problems, on this same page that I’ve included, scroll all the way down to the bottom, and you’ll find it says: "ask us to call you".
Choose a business hours time and click there in the box to have an eBay operator call you, who will provide further technical assistance.
