Payments blocked
Hello
does anyone get payment blocks almost every two months?
What triggers this because they can't even tell me, but every time they ask for various documents and then reactivate the account if payments and the account are blocked.

I'll hazard a guess, but take it with a grain of salt....
You sell parts for repairing cell phones and computers, which are often bought by private individuals who do DIY repairs with all sorts of outcomes....
By any chance, do you have many return requests for non-compliance?
Because eBay has part of its system that works automatically based on preset parameters.
The fact that payments are being blocked and then the operator has to follow the procedure to unblock them, which includes requesting documentation, makes me think it is precisely an excess of return requests for non-compliance (which sends the system into a block) rather than returns due to simple change of mind.
