Payment
Hello, I'm new. If I sell an item, within how much time is the payment made? Also, if I ship the item and the buyer says they didn't receive the package, do I have to give the money back? Thanks

·1 year agoYOU MUST ship the item right away because otherwise you won't even get the money in 14 days and you'll have to refund the buyer and you'll get a defect.
Once you receive the email that the buyer has paid, prepare the shipment and send it as soon as possible, enter the tracking code.
Kind regards

·1 year agoYou can read this part of the policy that applies to you at this address:
https://www.ebay.it/help/selling/getting-paid/getting-paid-items-youve-sold/pending-payments?id=4816
quote: New sellers or part-time sellers will see their transaction pending for the time needed to become familiar with best selling practices. This helps sellers build and create a secure selling history on eBay. New sellers are usually subject to holds for up to 14 days, although sometimes the time frames can be longer

·1 year agoPrecisely because you're "new" you should have had a quick look at the rules BEFORE putting it up for sale...
By the way: new sellers have their funds locked for at least 14 days before payment.
If you ship with tracking (the right and proper thing to do ALWAYS...), it will be hard for the customer to say they didn't receive the package, also because you (as per the rules...), will enter the tracking as soon as you ship the sale.
