DEFERRED PAYMENT PACKLINK WITH CREDIT CARD

HAVE YOU HAD PROBLEMS WITH PACKLINK DEFERRED PAYMENT WITH CREDIT CARD?

FOR 10 DAYS THEY HAVE DEACTIVATED MY PACKLINK INVOICE CARD PAYMENT AND I CAN NO LONGER LINK IT AND SET UP BILLING EVERY 15 DAYS AGAIN, SINCE PACKLINK SUPPORT LEAVES MUCH TO BE DESIRED, I AM ASKING IF ANYONE KNOWS HOW TO SET EVERYTHING UP AGAIN, THANK YOU

Have you checked that you have paid all the invoices?

In any case, you need to contact Packlink, maybe by opening a technical support ticket.

I have the same problem since March. The automatic payment is with PayPal. I am practically certain that the problem is on their side.

I keep asking for deferred payment to be reactivated.

Every now and then they reactivate it for me, but then the automatic payment

is not made and deferred payment gets disabled again.

The problem is that an invoice is generated for every shipment, which means

a mountain of invoices to record

Have you had disputes for integrations (that is, weight-dimensions assessed as not consistent)?
Have you disabled automatic instant billing with PayPal (to avoid withdrawals without your consent) and added one with a card?
You may have ended up on their black list... it's their modus operandi: a bit like eBay; they want complete access to withdraw from your account without any limits...
