Pay for an order that arrived after the refund

My purchase didn't arrive even after 30 days from the maximum time declared by the seller. I asked eBay for help and they refunded me immediately. After a few days the package finally arrived. Now I have both the item and the money. I've already informed the seller and he says I don't owe him anything. Should I pay eBay? And how?

The refund was made by eBay, but from the seller's account. If that's okay with him ....

Hi Mario, thanks for the reply. I contacted the seller, who is
in the USA, and he told me that he too was refunded by eBay and
so he is happy and satisfied. Surely eBay knows that the package was
delivered to me and basically I didn't pay for it. I'm worried about looking
like a freeloader. For 60 euros, too... It's just that I don't know how to tell
eBay that I'm willing to pay. Am I too honest? Anyway, thanks

as Mario pointed out, if the seller doesn't have any problems .......
as for Ebay: I imagine that if they refunded both buyer and seller they will have followed their procedures and so they assessed the case upfront, in short I would let it go.... then if you really want to contact them below for example a link to the rules:

then you have to choose the path that suits the question you want to ask..... there is the "ask us to call you" function to speak directly with an operator

Hi serwalter

You came across a seller who was more than fair and informed you that the refund was at eBay's expense.

In some cases, eBay issues a refund in favor of the buyer without drawing from the seller's funds.

This usually happens when the amounts involved are small.

Out of curiosity, how much did the item cost?

The item cost 60 euros. And yes, there are still honest people around. Thanks

60 euros isn’t even that insignificant an amount, I was expecting something around 20 or at most 25 euros.

What can I say, well done eBay 👍
