Pay combined shipping
Good evening everyone,
I bought seven items from a seller in the USA, and I asked him to send me the total so I could save on shipping costs. He replied that he can’t do it because eBay’s international shipping program prevents him from doing so and that I have to sort it out from here. Can you give me some advice?

·5 months agoYou can't do anything; if the seller doesn't change the listing method, maybe by making a single listing just for you, eBay's international shipping program doesn't allow combined shipping.

OP5 months agoI wrote to the seller and he replied that when he tries, this message appears: "It is not possible to send invoices for orders with international shipping on eBay."

·5 months agoIn fact, he should create a brand-new listing, with all the items you're interested in and with the total shipping cost, using another courier that is not eBay Global shipping program.

OP5 months agoI contacted the seller suggesting he do it this way, but he replied that he doesn’t think he can change anything without canceling all the items. The final package weighs about 3.6–4 kg in total and shouldn’t exceed the limit for combined shipping. I thought combined shipping would trigger automatically, but it seems not.

·5 months agoCombined shipping with eBay Global shipping program is not possible, the only possibility is that the seller creates a new listing with only the items you are interested in, gives you the listing number and you buy and pay, there is no other solution.

·5 months agoThe global shipping program is a shipping service managed by ebay.
The seller doesn't ship to you in Italy but ships to an ebay facility in the USA, then ebay takes care of shipping the goods to you in Italy, handling all the customs paperwork.
If the seller doesn't want to accommodate you, the only option is to buy the items separately and have one shipment and therefore one tracking number for each item purchased.
