Hi everyone, I bought some items from a seller and as the shipping option I chose the courier rather than the cheaper options so I could get the goods first, and in a couple of days SDA delivers what I’m due, the next day after it arrives I place the same order again choosing the courier and, paying the usual extra fee, I wait, wait, wait.... a few days pass, I ask for clarification, and after getting contradictory answers I receive the package 10 days later with posta 1 pro, citing the seller’s delay with flimsy excuses, not wanting to understand that the shipment was supposed to go by courier since I paid more.How should I handle this?
