Hello, I'm addressing those who, like me, use posta 1 or Posta 1 pro. Since the 12th, delivery statuses have not been working. I don't know if it's a system update issue, but it always shows the wording in processing even though customers have received it, I can see it from feedback or in deliveries to a pickup point. Until Friday everything was working normally... I wanted to compare notes with other sellers, I know that many people use this service especially for small items of little weight and value, maybe by reporting it all to poste the situation will get unstuck

·1 year agoPersonally, I haven't encountered this problem (apart from overseas shipments that NOT ONCE have ever provided an update 🤣) let's wait for other contributions too

OP1 year agoHello, I mean only the shipments sent with Posta 1 from May 12 onward, basically from Monday; the ones sent last week are working normally. I noticed that none of the shipments sent from that day to today, both Posta 1 standard and Posta 1 pro (service with bag), are working. The same problem had happened in the past and I remember there had been a discussion about it, many sellers were in the same situation, now years later the same thing is happening again.
