Why haven't I received the payment yet? And yet....

Good morning,
the buyer purchased an item from me on
Purchase date Nov. 25, 2025. He had opened a report because Poste Italiane had delayed the delivery. I'm attaching a photo.
Then he writes to me on December 11 saying that the card had arrived. But when I go into my eBay, I still see this report.
Maybe that's why I still haven't received the payment?
Is that normal? How much longer will I have to wait?

·9 months agoIf the buyer doesn’t close the report, you’ll have to wait 21 days before it closes due to their inactivity.

·9 months agoIf you haven't received the money in 2 or 3 business days, you're probably not a very active seller and for this reason eBay preemptively blocks the funds for at least 14 days

Also, if a buyer opens a claim for an item not received, eBay blocks the funds.
So if your funds were already on hold, with the claim they will be held even longer until you resolve the issue with the buyer.
If the tracking shows that the item has arrived, I suggest you contact the buyer and ask them to close the dispute.
