Why can’t I find the order for the item I bought and paid for?

I paid with PayPal, I have the order number and all the details but I can't get in direct contact with Ebay

On ebay you can also purchase with a guest account.

Maybe you purchased without logging in to your account.

To recover an order as an unregistered user, go here:

Then click the blue button.
