Why did I have to pay the courier €7 upon delivery when in the order ALKON 14/2/2025 it was clearly marked FREE ?

They already replied to you, but maybe you didn’t read it, you won’t open the link or you won’t read my reply.

You bought an item that was located outside Italy in a non-EU country, so you had to pay import taxes.

so it’s all NORMAL then.
