spring shipping platform - post nl

good morning everyone, is there any of you sellers who uses spring - post nl as shipping carriers? we would need info on the reason for the late shipments that ebay is reporting to us, thanks a lot to anyone who can help us

Good morning Mario, unfortunately we have talked with them, but with eBay it’s a big problem, all shipments leave late, according to the platform of course, but that’s not the case, we use Spring for international shipments and the system only starts tracking when it arrives in Holland, causing us sellers a drop in sales and performance, considering that we’ve been on eBay for about 12 years and we had never had anything like this happen, we’ve had this problem for two months but we can’t communicate clearly with the operators, one answers one thing, another answers something else.... madness, really

On eBay, the tracking number is what absolutely counts... that is, the actual date the shipment departed.

So if, as you say, tracking only starts from the moment it enters the Netherlands, you have several possible solutions:

increase the packaging time based on the time it usually takes to arrive in the Netherlands
don't enter the tracking... you would only add it in case it's requested
change courier

So if you can't prove, with paperwork in hand, that the shipment actually left earlier (for example, the courier's signature on the delivery note with the date... even though I doubt that would be enough...), it's basically a waste of time trying to explain to support what happens.

How long have you been using this courier?

Did this courier behave differently two months ago and start tracking when the barcode was scanned in Italy?

If not because otherwise.........

Such an attitude on the part of a courier makes me think that they don't trust and/or don't want any responsibility for the Italy-Holland route, where it's not really clear who is responsible if the package is delayed or gets lost.

Personally, under these conditions I wouldn't use this courier.

Ebay shipping offers excellent shipping rates for Holland, give it a look.
