·2 years agoYou've definitely bought from a foreign seller.
It's the classic signed with reservation of inspection that you put on the delivery slip when you pick up the package.

·2 years agoI don't know if it's the xiaomi store (Italy) that ships the items from Andorra.....
That's why the message advises you to wait "with a lot of patience".
Then, as sika700 already wrote to you, they advise you to sign for the pickup with reservation.
But the couriers here don't let you sign with reservation if the package shows no signs of tampering or damage, so simply when the package arrives, check whether everything is okay before accepting it and if you see that it is damaged or tampered with, report it to the courier and ask that you want to collect the package with the right of reservation.
