Postal delivery web
Good morning, I apologize in advance for my inexperience; when I buy the shipping label, I am redirected to the service in question (I usually spend 6.34 euros), but it seems that it is not selectable when I create the listings.
In fact, there is only: "Poste delivery standard" for €9.00 or Poste delivery web express starting from €12.90.
What should I select, considering that I would ship by purchasing the aforementioned label?

·3 years agoThe thing is that it's still within the time frame, in fact as of today it's been 8 working days for poste delivery standard (6-10 working days)... it's packlink that marks them as 24/48h 🙄

·3 years agoJust for statistics
PosteDelivery Web Transit days 12, minus 5 days (2 Saturday 2 Sunday and 2 June): 7 days and it still hasn’t been delivered, it’s still going around Italy.

·3 years agoAlways for STATISTICA
Bought on May 19, shipped on May 23.
I paid 12 euros for shipping for a 1.2kg package with Poste delivery standard:
No flood zone, no islands, no disadvantaged areas.
I pointed out to the seller that they should update themselves (a seller with hundreds of sales) and offer a more decent service, but they didn't even reply to me, so they will continue undeterred to use this expensive and lousy service.
And I'll keep giving a low star rating in the feedback.
Sorry.

·3 years ago😳 at this point it’s better to make a claim for delivery beyond the expected time, I don’t remember how much you can get back now, you need to read the contractual terms on their site.
Years ago, back in the days of pacco celere3, you could get back the cost of the package plus a percentage, then they reduced the refund amount to just the shipping cost.

·3 years agoSince I’ve had to deal with it these days, contrary to what’s stated on packlink...
PosteDelivery Web Packlink says 3 days, but in reality it’s 6-10
PosteDelivery Web Express Packlink 24h is actually 2-4 days ( even if you take it there early in the morning, it leaves the next day )
Unfortunately I’ve had to deal with it and I contacted Poste several times for info... and the result was these numbers.
There’s nothing “express” about webexpress. I’d advise against setting it among eBay’s options, because it gets listed as 24h delivery, same thing for normal Deliveryweb.
Same thing for Express Box, listed as 24h but in reality it’s 1-4 days beyond the delivery day, so always a minimum of 3 days.
It seems that packlink still shows now outdated timings.
All days are meant as working days, so Saturday and Sunday excluded.

Poste delivery web is essentially a Poste delivery standard.
With Poste delivery web, the courier does not come to pick up the parcel, but you have to go to the post office to drop off the parcel.
Delivery times are the same.
If you need a courier who comes to pick up from your home, you can choose Poste delivery standard.
From the eBay + Packlink site, you can still choose one service or the other, whichever you prefer.
Kind regards.
