probay
Good morning, I have used the probay app for years to download the buyer's full details for issuing the purchase invoice to private individuals. In the last few days it no longer works, it crashes and I can't see anything anymore. Can someone tell me if this blessed data (especially the tax code) is visible anywhere else or if there is another way to view it? Thanks.

OP2 years agoYes, I tried, and unfortunately no one replies. I looked at the eBay account settings under access and security to enable third-party apps, but it doesn’t seem like anything has changed; it has always worked for years and now I’m having trouble. Do you know if there are alternative apps to probay?

For an app, 3 years is a long time, but did support reply to you?
I have the feeling that this application has now been abandoned.
Unfortunately I don't know whether there are similar applications to this one.
Kind regards.

Probay is not an official eBay app, so it's impossible to get support directly from eBay.
Have you already tried contacting support on their official website or directly from the Play Store?
Kind regards.
