PROBLEM WITH EBAY SHIPPING MANAGER (PAGE DOESN'T LOAD)

Good morning everyone,

I'm trying to create a shipping label (for the first time) with ebay. every time it gives me the message that I've attached in the photo. any suggestions? thanks in advance

As salvo*2610 suggests (Good job, salvo*2610 👍) you need to check the accounts during login.

Sometimes it happens that an account is logged in with a different username and password, so when you go to create the label it doesn't find a match with the account and gives you an error.

The best thing to do is therefore the one suggested by salvo*2610, that is, to log in directly on the page provided by salvo*2610

Or you can try using Packlink directly or another broker, they’re still cheaper than using the post office directly.

try again later
use another shipping method, you are not obliged to use eBay's shipping manager.

Hi yes, but in fact I usually ship with the post office. I just wanted to try, but it's been several days now that it keeps giving me this error....
