problem with refund for a non-shipment
Summary: francesccaiazz-2 is facing an issue where an order cancellation has been agreed upon with the buyer, but they are unable to open a dispute for 'Item not received' on eBay. They are concerned about a 93 euro fee that eBay is requesting for handling and are seeking advice on how to close the order without paying this fee. farmaupservice asked whether the system allows either party to open a dispute.
Good morning,
the buyer wants to cancel the order to get a refund and I, as the seller, agree not to ship.
The buyer can't open the claim for 'Item not received' even though the shipping date has already passed. How do I close the order, given that eBay keeps asking me to pay 93 euros out of my own pocket for the handling? Should I wait for it to cancel itself, but they talk about 30 days and the buyer wants the money now. I don't want to pay these 93 euros. Can you help me?
