problem with Bartolni shipping
hello everyone, I sent some items via Bartolini, delivering everything to a Fermo Point, and for about 6 days the tracking hasn't been updated. Have you had similar experiences these days too?

·3 years agoOnce the package has been handed over to the Fermopoint, they have to scan the code to confirm that the package has been delivered, and then to have BRT come and pick up your package from them.
You should receive an email like the one you see here:
Best regards.

·3 years agoIf you see that you haven't received any confirmation email, go to the pickup point and ask for an explanation about your package.

OP3 years agoHi, yes, I have the email with the package pickup, but on the Bartolini website it has never been updated, so let's say the package is lost. The access point is a trusted person; they told me they handed it over to the courier

If you purchased the label through eBay shipping, once the parcel is delivered to the drop-off point you should receive an email within a few hours.
Check your email inbox in the spam folder.
The code you receive can be entered directly on this website to check the tracking.

OP3 years agoI tried, but the tracking shows it as non-existent despite the delivery confirmation email to the access point; now I'm waiting for Packlink to refund me

·3 years agoit would be interesting to know whether Packlink actually reimburses you and how much.......
by "how much" I mean shipping costs + item value (within the insurance limits, of course )

·3 years agoThe basic BRT insurance (the one included in the shipping price) is 30 euros.
Let us know how it ends up.
Best regards.

·3 years agoI don't have similar experiences, but I can tell you it's better to avoid the fermo point, at least from what I had read. To understand what happened, do you have the chance to go in person to the fermo point and ask for an explanation?
In any case, wait for the reply from some seller who has used the service.

·3 years agoHonestly, I didn't understand, but it's been a while now that I haven't understood, I have to recognize my limitations.
I hope to make sense of it sooner or later.
Kind regards.
