Issue with Royal Mail shipping
I ordered a package on eBay, paid and everything was fine, then I realized the seller ships with Royal Mail, I was tearing my hair out because I’ve already had terrible experiences. A while back I ordered some birthday decorations from a private seller on Amazon, the seller shipped with Royal Mail, and it arrived after 3 months! For Amazon the package was lost, in fact they even gave me a refund. Now the seller shipped on July 29, I was given the tracking code, which starts with TQ*********GB and it stopped on August 1 where it says it arrived at the international shipping center, more specifically the last update says "delivered by North West Midlands MC". It was supposed to arrive today but obviously it won’t. I contacted them but of course no reply

·2 years agoBefore buying, you can contact the seller and ask whether they’re willing to ship with another service.
If you have a tracked shipment with Royal Mail, you need to check the tracking.
eBay provides an estimate for the delivery of the package / parcel, if you see that the delivery goes beyond the estimates expected by eBay you can open a claim for item not received.
For the moment you just need to be patient and hope that the package gets delivered within the timeframes expected by eBay.
