Shipping issue - "verification is in progress for the release of the shipment"
Good morning everyone,
I have a problem with a shipment coming from China.
It was supposed to arrive between March 26 and April 3 but, since March 14, the tracking service says that it is "undergoing verification for the release of the shipment" in Grenada (which I assume is Granada).
The seller keeps giving me numbers to call that are not valid, so I’m not really sure what I can do.
Has anyone already had a similar problem? Do you have any suggestions?

·3 years agoThe post is from April, if he solved it he probably won't come back to read on the forum. Maybe contact him with 1 direct message on eBay, it's more likely he'll read it there.

·3 years agoEbay gives delivery estimates, and it’s not certain they’re right, especially when it comes to shipments from outside Europe.
If you have the parcel tracking, and if the parcel is still making its way along, I’d say not to rely too much on ebay’s delivery estimates and to wait patiently.
