Hi everyone, I have a problem with two shipments from the United States sent by two different sellers. They appear to be blocked in Italy at the postal operations center for days, so I called Poste Italiane support (the digital assistant tells me that "something is wrong with the processing of your parcel"), while on the phone they didn't tell me what the problem was, but only advised me to contact the sellers, who in turn should release the shipment, but they rightly replied that the shipment is handled by eBay through the international shipping program, so I should contact them.The two shipments are respectively: 9C9089I306691 and 9C9089I293808, of which I attach a screenshot.Has anyone had the same problem or could advise me on how to solve it?I should specify that I always use the same delivery address and have never had problems, سواء for domestic or international shipments.Thanks in advance for the help you can give me.
