Shipping label issue
It hasn’t let me download the label for 2 products I sold since yesterday, and I selected that I would ship within 1 business day, so today is the last day and it still won’t let me download the labels even though the payments go through fine. What can I do now so I don’t get penalized by eBay since I can’t ship because of them? The shipping label just isn’t being generated at all.

Are you sure the label was generated correctly?
Check your email, you should have received an email from packlink with the subject: your parcel is ready for shipping, with a link to download the label.
If it won’t let you download it from the email link, try from spedizioni.ebay.it as it was advised by it2015-inno
For a late shipment the fault is ALWAYS the seller’s, so if you can’t get the label from packlink, get it from another shipping broker or go straight to the post office.
You can get a refund from packlink for the unused label, always through the spedizioni.ebay.it link

or search on Google EBAY SHIPPING MANAGER, log in with your eBay credentials, on the left you’ll find a list, there’s READYO TO SHIP, open it and you’ll see purchased but unused labels, open the one you need, at the top right you’ll see VIEW, PRINT, DOWNLOAD, ETC, print it and you’re all set.

·1 year agoIt's not eBay's "fault" but PackLink's.
So you need to contact PackLink support to get help.
You're still in time to cancel the shipment and change broker (or ship right away, e.g. through the post office): PL will refund you the amount spent on shipments not made.
