Tracking issue for digital license sales
Good evening.
I sell digital licenses, so there is no physical shipping at all.
As eBay considers me a new seller, it imposes the tracking block on me.
If I do not enter a tracking code that can confirm that the customer has received it, the funds are blocked.
I would like to understand whether these funds will ever be unlocked. I received positive feedback, but the funds are still blocked.

you couldn't sell them.
First of all because you are a private individual, so it follows that you are a trader since you would be buying them specifically to resell them.
Second, if you don't have the category Other > Informational products enabled, you can't sell them.
So you are violating a series of eBay rules and you are an unauthorized seller, as you are unfairly competing with those who pay taxes, including on your behalf...

As for your question, the funds will be released after 21 days.
