Hi everyone, I’ve made some purchases in the USA and I’ve hardly ever had problems, but since September I’ve noticed delays once the packages arrive in Europe. Let me explain better: as you know, on US soil shipments go from USPS to DHL and once they arrive in Europe customs clearance begins. However, I’ve noticed that once they arrive in France (I don’t know why they go through there) the tracking no longer updates and it switches from DHL to Yun Express, specifically in the location "PARIS, VALEDWAZ PROVINCE". I have a package stuck there for 16 days and it should be delivered tomorrow. Now it may well be just a coincidence and there are delays, but since I have several packages bought from the USA that will pass through there, I’d hate for none of them to end up arriving. Do you have any information about this? Anyone with the same problem?

OP10 months agoIt finally arrived, by now I had lost hope. So I imagine that sooner or later they’ll be delivered to everyone.

·8 months agoHi. I have the same problem as you. Package stuck after customs clearance in Paris. And no update from Nessus for about a week. I’m asking you, how long did it take for it to be unblocked and arrive at its destination. Thanks in advance

OP8 months agoHi, look, I waited about 3 months that time. Let’s say that lately things have improved, but you can still end up waiting two weeks before it arrives in Italy.

·10 months agoGood morning everyone. After I had lost hope, I received my package a few minutes ago. Checking the updates, after September 16 it was indeed updated from November 22 without me realizing it. I don't know if it's because they are slowly processing them all or because I wrote to Yunexpress (in English) several times to urge them. I sent them the tracking code and the date and place of the last update by email and WhatsApp. They never replied to me but it must have worked.

I have two packages stuck like you since September in France, in Paris...but the tracking doesn't update...

I also have a package that has been stuck since October 9 in Paris. It shows as cleared through customs, but it’s still stuck there.
Three days are left until the expected delivery date.

·1 year agoPersonally, this is the first time I’ve ordered from the United States and had something like this happen to me. I sent a report to Ebay to ask for information on how to proceed, but instead of investigating they sent me a refund almost instantly (not requested). I hope the seller received the money anyway because otherwise that’s really a bad deal for him. I’ll keep contacting Yunexpress to see if they can solve the problem. It seems absurd to me that all these packages have been lost; they may not have even left Paris yet and might somehow be recoverable...

OP1 year agoYeah, they also refunded me right away... I can tell you that’s a rarity, I’ve hardly ever had problems with shipments from the USA. If I have any updates I’ll let you know, for now I haven’t received any response from Yun Express.

·1 year agoHello, I have the same problem too: the package has been stuck at Paris customs since September 16, the checks were completed and the package was handed over from DHL to Yunexpress. I tried contacting Yunexpress to understand what the problem was but I didn’t get a reply. It even seems to me that Yunexpress created two tracking codes, and both only say that the checks were successfully completed and the package is about to be imported into Italy. Let’s hope it gets resolved quickly.

OP1 year agoHi, mine has been stuck there too since September 16... I read that they had some problems right during that week. After that, other shipments also went through with YunExpress and luckily they’re already in Italy (one even delivered). Unfortunately, the packages that arrived around September 16 had problems and I’m afraid we’ll never see them again...

·1 year agoCustoms clearance can be carried out in any of the EU countries.
Lately, goods have been traveling more and more with low-cost couriers, which even the big-name couriers rely on as local correspondents, and there can be delays at customs.
