Problems with eBay shipping, when I click "confirm and pay" nothing happens | Payments and Shipping

Hello, as the title says, since yesterday I haven't been able to pay from the eBay shipping platform (Packlink). I fill in the required fields as usual, but when it comes time to pay nothing happens, it doesn't go forward to receive the shipping label. I tried deleting cookies but nothing. The strange thing I notice is that on the page, the information about standard insurance or anything else is missing. Is anyone else in the same situation as me? I contacted Packlink but of course I'm still waiting for a reply. Thanks
