Incorrect product
Good evening, I bought a PS5 with 2 controllers but it arrived with 1 controller. The seller told me he’ll send a courier to pick it up and then he’ll send me the correct one. How can I trust that he’ll ship me the right product once he has picked up the wrong one? Thanks

The most logical thing would be to send you the second controller with tracked shipping!
P.S.: Remember that you have 30 days from delivery to make use of the eBay guarantee.

You should always use eBay's procedures, that is, you need to open a dispute for item not as described and once it has been reviewed by eBay and is resolved in your favor, the seller will have to provide you with a return label. After returning the item to the seller, you will receive a refund of what you spent.
