Pickup points
Hello, I bought an item and for the first time I chose delivery to a pickup point that was more convenient for me. On the post tracking for the listing, the item shows as delivered since yesterday, but I don't know to whom; I go today to the pickup point and they tell me the item never arrived there for them, but even at the pickup point my order on ebay shows up, even though they still haven't received my item. Checking the icons on the transaction status and pickup information, it shows paid, shipped to me, then scrolling there are the entries ready and picked up not active and at the top of the screen it says order being prepared " , does this mean and confirm that the item still has to be delivered to the pickup point? If so, why does the tracking instead show it as delivered to someone I don't know? Thanks to whoever will reply to me.

·1 year agoWhen you go to pay for the item, you can usually choose either standard shipping (sent to your address)
Or
Shipping to a pickup point.
If you choose shipping to a pickup point, eBay lets you choose from various pickup points available in your area.

Then next to the item click VIEW ORDER DETAILS
There you'll find the shipping address where your package was sent, and therefore the pickup point where you need to go to collect the package.
