Purchase pickup point no longer available
I notice that at the time of purchasing anything and also from sellers known for having bought goods, my pickup point, which has always been set in my account, is no longer available.
Is this a service issue or new eBay rules and regulations?

If you look at the latest discussions, there have been other users who have noticed this too.
I don't think there are any official responses from eBay, so we can only make guesses.
One guess could be, for example, that during the holidays shipping volumes increase sharply and many pickup points are not equipped to handle them, since they are often small businesses.
Or that during the holidays the pickup points themselves could cause service issues because they take time off...
Or it could be a technical issue with eBay.

·6 months agoNo way, it's February and the pickup points have disappeared from the options. Either it costs too much or they removed it.

Note: some categories are no longer eligible for the Fermopoint pickup point option. You can still use Punto Poste pickup points if the seller offers this option.
