Pick-up point - how to inform the buyer?
Hi, I’m missing something.
I’ve only recently started using this method as an optional shipping choice,
however buyers choose it (because it costs less) but don’t tell me which pickup point they want.
It’s obvious that asking every time is annoying and they often reply that they made a mistake and to ship it to their home,
Setting any one without their knowledge, I think, is risky because they won’t pick it up!
How do you let them know before or after purchase that the information is required?
Do I have to write it in all the listings?
