Good evening everyone, I sent an international registered letter to England on April 24, 2024. As of today, May 5, according to the tracking service the registered letter has apparently never left the post office where it was sent from. What do you recommend I do? In the event of a lost shipment or one that was never delivered, am I supposed to be responsible as the seller, even though I am objectively not at fault at all?Thanks to anyone who wants to contribute
