Return by item late
Good evening,
I need to return an item because it was delivered late and I no longer need it. However, among the various selectable return reasons, this reason is not listed. What should I select?

·1 year agoAmong the reasons for non-compliance there was excessive delay, except that no one had ever understood what excessive meant. Now I see that it’s no longer there and therefore, in the event of a delay, you have to request a refund after the delivery deadline for an item not received has passed.
If instead you request a return, after the item has arrived, you have to do it as a change of mind return (if the seller accepts returns) and at your own expense.

If you go and look, the only two feedbacks left concern shipments that arrived quickly.
I think that if the buyer had been able to, they would have opened a claim for item not received.
Report that, fortunately, leaves the seller some extra margin before issuing any refund.

You need to select another reason from the ones available.
Select the reason that comes closest to your request or simply select another reason.
Basically, the result does not change for you or the seller.
