search for a shipment
Hello, I made a purchase a few days ago as an unregistered user, the email wasn't working so I don't have any confirmation email with the details, but I did write down the order number. I then registered, but of course I can't find anything about that previous purchase. Is there a way to get information about the package, having the order number? thanks

·3 years agoGood evening, besides the already exhaustive answer that Mario gave you, I wanted to add that if you paid with PayPal (as I assume), you can also log in to your PayPal account and, in the history, see the payment and, by opening its details, you’ll also see the item purchased. Anyway, the main procedure remains the one indicated by marioelegio, as PayPal should soon be removed from the payment methods, even for buyers.
