Request combined shipping and/or request an invoice

Hi everyone,how do I set up the combined shipping request for the user who is buying?INVOICEFor the invoice request, as you can see from the attached img, I set it to "allow", but the user doesn't see it in the cart.COMBINED SHIPPINGHere instead I don't know where to set the request option? Does it exist or do rules need to be created?Thanks
