US Refunds and Returns
Summary: The thread discusses the topic "US Refunds and Returns," however, the messages are empty and do not contain specific details or substantive contributions from the authors involved.
I bought a figurine in the USA with eBay international shipping to protect myself from customs and refunds. I receive the figurine completely destroyed. I take photos and open the return case on the same day I receive it. After 1 month I receive a message that says RETURN ACCEPTED, the refund will be issued in the next 5/7 days AFTER INSPECTION. The same day the package comes back to me and the return case gets blocked (as if someone had stopped it with the famous BLOCK return button). The seller received a message the month before saying that eBay International Shipping would take care of the refund. I call customer service and they don't know what to tell me. What should I do?

It depends on how you arranged the reshipment of the item.......
If the item was going back to the United States, it should have had all the accompanying documentation.
If you simply shipped it without any customs documentation and/or with incomplete customs documentation and the package came back to you, there was a procedural error on your part.
So your refund was denied.
I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but if mistakes are made during the process, it's hard to then fix the damage.
