Refund for canceled order
I canceled an order but I haven’t been refunded. The seller wrote to me that it’s a system problem and I need to contact eBay. What should I do?

·1 year agoYou cannot have canceled any order... only the seller has the right to do that.
So ask whether they canceled it correctly.
If they do not respond, once the delivery date has passed, you can open a report:
Get help for an item that hasn't arrived | eBay

If I cancel the order, why should I wait for the seller's approval? The seller has no interest in losing the sale...

·1 year agoI think I was clear... as a buyer you can't cancel any order, you can only make an explicit request and it's up to the seller to accept it or not.
