...sooner or later it had to happen. A shipment half destroyed because of transport, a product from a German user on eBay. He contacts me on the same day it’s received, and sends me UNMISTAKABLE photos of the item + original box. I’m forced to refund him, but that’s another story. The point is that now, for the FIRST time, I’ve opened a ticket with Packlink support, regarding the damage caused. And here the circus begins; first of all, in their form you can attach only THREE photos.....insufficient to describe the various damages in detail, but I attach them and proceed anyway. (given that there are the eBay messages with the user confirming the transport damage, and sending me the photos without any problem).So I open the ticket and wait; today came a reply from one of support. Basically they say that what was shown is insufficient, and ask for a lot of other things..all within 7 days or the right to reimbursement will lapse.The procedure is set up to discourage customers, so one gives up and they make you forget about the refund......you are VOMIT-INDUCING.
