Refund for lost shipment
Good morning, on January 20 I sent a package (through eBay's Packlink platform), paying the full insurance for the sale of the item. On February 12 I opened a loss report with the UPS courier, and on February 19 I managed to open a report on eBay, which replied that the report was opened after the allowed time.
UPS is not giving me information about the shipment because they say the account holder is eBay, and eBay is not replying.
How can I get compensated?
Thank you
Agostino

·2 years agoI also add that neither you nor eBay are the "senders" of the package, but PackLink is (which sends UPS to your home to pick up the package, but the real sender is them).
So you need to submit any complaints and loss reports to PackLink, and they will act as the intermediary with UPS.

·2 years agoI think you waited too long.
Neither UPS nor eBay had anything to do with it, you should have immediately asked for a refund from the company that sold you the service, that is, Packlink.
