Delay a shipment by the seller
Hello, a buyer has just purchased an item I put up for sale, but I’m currently abroad for another 10 days and I can’t ship the item before I get back. What should I do? Thanks

·2 years agoggpap, why not type in the listing that you're still on vacation abroad for about ten days?
By notifying the buyer of your item, be sure to apologize for the oversight and tell him that you hope
he doesn't have an urgent need for immediate delivery. Create, in just a few words, an atmosphere of interaction with him.
It is essential for the whole outcome of the sale. It begins with the purchase and ends only with satisfaction for the received item matching expectations. Best regards from von

·2 years agoInform the buyer, if they can wait and need to be aware of the delay, I’d say you’re good, you’ll only have a defect on your account for shipping carried out late... otherwise, to avoid trouble, cancel the sale... keeping in mind any repercussions from the customer.
