Home pickup
Good evening, today I was supposed to have a parcel picked up from home with DHL Express, they were supposed to come between 8 and 6:30 p.m.
Since they didn't show up, I called eBay's toll-free number and they had me request a callback.
Now I have some questions:
1)can I take the parcel to the post office?
2)do I need to redo the sheet with the parcel details? or is it not necessary?

·2 years agoIf you purchased a DHL shipment, you can’t take the package to the post office. You can take it to a DHL pickup point.
The label stays the same.
