Hello! eBay is preventing me from combining an invoice for two items sold in the USA

·10 months agoI saw that recently you did two auctions for the stamps.
It could be because the shipment is going abroad or for other reasons among those you received on ebay.
Anyway, the wording "and they cannot be shipped together" in my opinion is misleading because no seller is obliged to make two separate shipments, charging two shipping fees and filling out two separate customs declarations.
What you could do is make two separate invoices, splitting the shipping cost between the two for each one, or charge shipping only on one invoice while putting zero for shipping on the other.

OP10 months agoActually, no.
It was just an eBay issue; after not even half an hour I was able to issue the usual summary invoice (€18) as if I had sold in Italy,

·10 months agoSo the problem was that right after selling the item you couldn’t combine the two items into a single invoice and then after waiting something like about half an hour the system allowed you to issue the combined invoice?
A time bug then that gets fixed by waiting about half an hour ?
