Unblock payment for an item already delivered
Hi everyone,
I recently bought and already received an item. However, the seller tells me they still haven't received/been credited with the payment, most likely because the order doesn't show the tracking code.
The item was shipped on 16/09/2026 via Poste Italiane without a tracking code.
I’d like to help the seller, but I can’t find any function to manually confirm receipt of the item.
Can you help me?
