Hello, I sold an item in the United Kingdom and I’m having difficulties with the documents to include with the shipment. I’ll be using UPS courier. At this eBay link it tells me I need the buyer’s tax ID, is that really necessary? The buyer is a private individual, not a company, and I’m a private individual too. https://support-ebay.packlink.com/hc/it/articles/360006638399-Fattura-doganale-e-come-compilarla "It is always mandatory to include the sender’s and recipient’s tax code or VAT number on the invoice. Without this information, the package may be held by Customs." Where do I need to enter the IOSS code provided by eBay and the word PAID? Thanks
