Hello, can you tell me why this shipment has been stuck for 10 days?
The tracking code 1UW1FC235121 IS NOT A VALID CODE.
Anyway, the shipping system is struggling because of the excessive number of shipments, which now happens all year round and not just during the Christmas period.
If you bought the item on eBay, you need to check the estimated latest delivery date and from then on you can open a claim for item not received.
If instead you are the seller, I recommend increasing shipping and handling time to at least 10 days.
I set mine to 20 days and in the listing I specified that I ship within 2 working days.
This is because if they open a dispute for item not received, in the vast majority of cases you lose the item and the money because disputes are closed within a few days even if the item has been shipped and the tracking confirms that the item is in transit.
By default eBay sets shipping and handling times to 2 days, but these days, with how things are going, that is far too short and you run a big risk if deliveries are delayed.
If somewhere you read that they recommend setting shipping and handling time to 1 day to improve sales, DO NOT PAY ATTENTION TO THAT because it is always the seller who ends up paying when shipments delay delivery.
