Anomalous shipment
Hi everyone, today something crazy happened to me, namely the seller shipped this morning, I have a photo of the receipt, but when I enter the code on the post office website it tells me tracking not available and the package was shipped at 8:48 in the morning. Why does the site tell me this?

OP3 years agoI just checked the tracking and it says accepted yesterday at 8:48 by the Catania post office; in theory it should already have been in transit to the Catania CMP, but instead it’s still at the post office. I’ll check in the next few hours

·3 years agoThe updates are not in real time... you always need a bit of patience and wait at least 24 hours for any changes.
I’d say you can relax, there’s no reason to worry...

·3 years agoIn THEORY, if the seller handed over the package at the post office at 8:48, it should have left around 12:00 ~ 13:00 (that's generally the time when they come to pick up mail and parcels).
As you were already told, it could be that they haven't updated the tracking, or that the package really hasn't left.

·3 years agoAs they’ve already answered you at length, for Poste (and therefore SDA and Nexive) tracking does NOT work like, for example, with GLS, UPS, TNT, DHL etc., where it is recorded in their systems as soon as the waybill is purchased.
For Poste it is available ONLY when the courier picks up and scans the parcel (and sometimes they do it when the driver arrives at the branch), so it won’t show as existing until then.

·3 years agoIt could be a temporary tracking glitch (it happens) or, as they told you, the seller gave you the code but still has to physically ship it and, seeing the 8:48 time, that's very likely.

·3 years agoYou have to wait until tomorrow.
Most likely the seller has scheduled a pickup by the courier, which will definitely happen tomorrow or in the following days.
He has already printed the receipt and attached it to the package.
Now all that’s left is for the courier to come and pick it up, or for the seller to go to the post office to ship it, or to go to the delivery center to drop off the package.
Try checking the tracking tomorrow afternoon.
